Grilled Corn

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Soak corn in cold water for 1 hour.
  2.  In a small bowl, combine the butter, chives, sugar, essential oils, and salt.
  3.  Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 inch of bottom and remove silk.
  4.  Brush with butter mixture. Rewrap corn in husks and secure with kitchen string.
  5.  Grill corn, uncovered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.

*Put a toothpick into the bottle of Black Pepper Essential Oil and then swish the toothpick in the melted butter. One drop of oil may be too powerful, so this method helps control the amount of oil added.
