DIY Mint Chocolate


  • ⅔ cup melted coconut oil 
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Dash of sea salt


  1.  Melt coconut oil in a glass bowl, 20 seconds at a time. 
  2.  Combine all remaining ingredients into glass bowl and mix with a hand mixer on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3.  Pour batter into a baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4.  Place dish in freezer for 15 minutes.
  5.  Cut into pieces and enjoy!
