DIY Mint Chocolate
- ⅔ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- Dash of sea salt
- Melt coconut oil in a glass bowl, 20 seconds at a time.
- Combine all remaining ingredients into glass bowl and mix with a hand mixer on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour batter into a baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Place dish in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
