Tired Feet Soak

Try this rejuvenating soak for tired hands and feet, perfect at the end of a long day!


  • 4 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 3 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops Balance Grounding Blend


  1. Mix together Epsom salt and oil.
  2. Pour into warm water.
  3. Soak for 10–15 minutes or until water is cool.
