Epsom Salt Bath
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup Dead Sea salts
- 5-8 drops of essential oils (recommended oils below)
- Mix ingredients together.
- Pour all ingredients in warm bath water.
- Enjoy a 15- to 20-minute soothing soak.
- Relaxation: Lavender, Serenity Calming Blend and/or Ylang Ylang essential oil
- Invigorate: Wild Orange, Grapefruit, Citrus Bliss Invigorating Blend, Peppermint, or Lemon essential oils
- Help Get Over a seasonal irritations/Open Airways: Breathe Respiratory Blend, Eucalyptus or Peppermint essential oils
- Better Skin: Melaleuca, Lavender, Frankincense and/or Helichrysum essential oils
- Achy Muscles: Lemongrass and/or Marjoram essential oils
- After Sun Relief: Lavender and/or Melaleuca essential oils
