Soothing Mist for Skin

Whether you are camping, hiking, swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the local park, long days in the sun zap your energy and can damage your skin.  

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz glass spray bottle
  • 40 drops of Lavender essential oil
  • 15 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 5 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 3 oz of water in a spray bottle

Directions:

  1. Shake to blend the oil and water.
  2. Mist over skin.
